If I could have one sauce for the rest of my life, I would chose Peanut Sauce every damn time.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (I use the Kirkland brand from Costco)
1/3 cup water
1 Tbsp lemon juice (can be fresh or the one in the bottle)
3-4 Tbsp of Soy Sauce (I used low sodium brand)
1-2 Tbsp of Sriracha (Depends on if you like your mouth to be on fire or not)
2 Tbsp of Salted Peanuts (1 to mix into the sauce and the other to garnish)
Granulated Garlic (always choose granulated...never powdered...right?!)
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl combine the peanut butter, water, garlic (as much as your heart desires) and lemon juice. Place the mixture in the microwave (yes, chef mike is making an appearance) for 45 seconds. Mix together fully so that no ingredient is left by there lonesome self. Mix in the sriracha. Using the flat edge of the knife, crush half of the peanuts into small bits. This will make the peanut sauce #chunkporn.
Next, choose what you would like to put or dip your lovely sauce in. I chose a Buddha Bowl (want to learn how to make a perfect bowl...ya girl @vegan.bklyn.foodie has got you, recipe supplied under All Things Savory). Place the sauce nicely over the the food and garnish with peanut halves. Enjoy my little peanut lovers!

Ommggg yes. #chunkporn side note iM dyinnnggg for some of that Costco PB
