From what I heard, Crack/Cocaine is addicting...and so are these bars.

If this picture doesn't entice you enough to recreate these massive treats then maybe letting you know that I arrived home at 11:00pm and these were done, setting and chilling in the freezer by 11:15pm.
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 Cup of Finely Ground Almond Flour (I used Bob's Red Mills)
1 and 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
12oz (or 3/4 of a jar) of Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter (I used the 365 brand)
1/4 Cup of Coconut Oil (I used the Trader Joe's brand...cheapest on the market!)
3/4 Bag of Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Mega Chunks Chocolate Chips

In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flakes and 8 oz crunchy peanut butter (in that exact order). I used a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients and then transferred over to using my hands to tie up all the loose ends. Take the contents out of the mixing bowl and transfer it into a 9x9 baking dish. No need to oil the pan! Using your hands, pat down the contents so that it becomes a flat surface.

Whip out another mixing bowl and combine the remaining 4 oz of peanut butter, =chocolate chips and probably solid coconut oil. I say probably because that depends on your kitchen temperature...I keep my coconut oil in a semi-cool environment so my coconut oil stays solidified 99% of the time. If your coconut oil is in the oily state then you do not have to heat it with the other two ingredients. If it is solid then take all three ingredients and place it in the microwave for 2 and a half minutes. Using a spoon, mix the contents so that they become unified! If your mixture is looking too oily (natural peanut butter & coconut oil contain a lot of remnant oil so it is not uncommon) then I would add more chocolate chips! Pour the chocolate right on top of the base!

Place the bars immediately in the freezer overnight. You can now sleep happy knowing that you can wake up and have some crack for breakfast.

Slight Modifications if you do not have certain ingredients or are allergic to peanuts:
Almond Butter can be used in place of Peanut Butter (this will give you a more gritty texture which I enjoy!)
Coconut shreds can be used instead of coconut flakes (I like the flakes more because they are my version of #chunkporn)
**i brought the crack bars to work at 9am and they are now completely gone!**
I didn't know you made these with almond flour!!!
